Anxiety can be a good indicator that we should be concerned and heighten our awareness about certain situations to remind us to be prepared or stay safe. But anxiety in vast and unnecessary amounts can cause an unhealthy level of tension in our lives and hearts. When anxiety runs the pace of our lives and not God we can find ourselves frustrated and wanting to give up. Psalm 55:22 however, reminds us that the cure for an anxious heart is to give our cares to God and trust Him with the results.
